The administrator of personal data is Mymark Michał Mrzygłód, operating a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”).

2. Data we collect

When using the MeetPin application, we may collect the following data:

• email address
• name or username
• date of birth
• gender
• location (e.g. city, radius)
• profile picture / avatar

3. Purpose of data processing

• creating and managing user accounts
• enabling creation and participation in events
• personalizing content
• processing Premium subscriptions
• improving application quality and performance
• technical or legal communication

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing and, in the future, Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription status is handled using RevenueCat.

The Administrator does not store users’ payment card details.

5. Analytics

The application uses analytics tools provided by Expo, which may collect anonymous usage statistics and technical data.

6. Data sharing

Personal data may be shared only with service providers supporting the operation of the application (e.g. analytics, payment providers). Personal data is not sold to third parties.

7. User rights

Users have the right to:

• access their personal data
• correct their data
• delete their account and personal data
• restrict data processing
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Data retention

Personal data is stored for as long as the user account exists or until consent is withdrawn.
