Terms of Service – MeetPin

1. General provisions

The MeetPin application is operated by Mymark Michał Mrzygłód. By using the application, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.

2. User account

• Using the application requires creating an account.
• Users are required to provide accurate information.
• Each account may be used by one user only.

3. Events and user-generated content

• Users may create events by providing a title and description.
• The event creator decides who can see the event.
• Users are fully responsible for the content they publish.
• The Administrator does not moderate or verify event content.

4. Liability

MeetPin acts as an intermediary platform. The Administrator is not responsible for the organization, safety, or outcome of meetings arranged by users.

Participation in events is at the user’s own risk.

5. Premium subscription

• The application offers a paid Premium subscription.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled via the app store.
• No refunds are provided for a started billing period.

6. Account suspension and termination

The Administrator reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete a user account in case of violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Termination of service

Users may delete their account at any time. The Administrator may discontinue the service for valid reasons.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law.
